This is the extremely rare Cartier Tank XL in rose gold from the CPCP series. True to its "XL" name, the case dimension measures 30mm x 39mm which is a very large size, especially when compared side by side with with a normal Tank Louis. With its unmistakable wrist presence, the Tank XL feels more masculine than your average tank without losing any of its elegance. Despite the large size, the watch maintains a relatively thin profile at  6.2mm. 

The watch employs a Piaget based manual wind movement, the caliber 9701MC. The large display case back allows you to enjoy this beautifully finished movement in all its glory. The dial features a beautiful guilloche pattern with a rosette motif underneath the handset. The rosette motif off course is one of the signature design used throughout the CPCP series.

The watch comes from a very important Cartier collector based in Japan and it is with great pleasure that we are able to offer this special piece as a full set.

Overall, this piece is in excellent condition. The watch comes with a dark black leather Cartier strap (worn condition) along with its original Cartier stamped rose gold deployant buckle. The watch is in full working order.

This full set includes the coveted CPCP mahogany wood box with (inner and outer box), guarantee booklet, certificate of guarantee (filled in by the original Japanese retailer), and instruction manual.
