All items are shipped using express courier services, with full insurance coverage provided through our trusted insurance partners. Depending on the destination country, we carefully select the most suitable combination of courier—UPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS—and insurance provider to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor
