Payment and Shipping
We accept the following forms of payment:
We have a domestic bank account in Japan, the USA, Singapore, Canada, Australia, and the UK where we can accept JPY, USD, SGD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
For all other currencies, buyers will have to make an international wire transfer (in JPY) to our bank account in Japan.
Please contact us and we will send you an invoice along with our bank details for the currency that you would like to pay with.
The price (and currency) of the Goods will be set out in the email acknowledging your order. It follows that if you convert to another currency, you take the currency risk on any refund issued to you, unless expressly agreed to the contrary in advance, in writing.
Please be noted that we only ship a watch when we have confirmed receipt of the wire into our bank account.
Paypal: Please note that additional fees will be applied for payments via Paypal as they charge a processing fee. Please contact us to find out the additional charges.
Credit Card: We only accept credit card payment in exceptional cases. For all credit cards, there will be additional fees applied on top of the watch listing amount. Please contact us for further details on paying by credit card.
In certain circumstances, and by negotiation, we will accept a deposit for a watch, prior to payment of the balance by a specified date.
In most cases, our prices include the cost of delivering your goods, as well as any transaction fees, which will be added to the final amount due. All additional charges will be stated in your invoice.
All payments and refunds are issued in the same currency that it was paid unless stated or requested by us otherwise.
We offer international shipping world wide. We ship all of our watches from Japan. The shipping fee will depend according to the country you live in and these additional fees will be added during the payment process.
We care about your newly purchased watch as much as you do. We make use of a trusted insurance partner to insure all of our watches. Generally, shipment of the parcel will be made one business day after receiving your payment. For security purposes, we do not ship on weekends.
A signature by a person aged 18 years or over, is needed for receipt of all Goods, at the delivery address. Any parcel that has been tampered with, or shows signs of damage, should not be signed for and delivery should be refused.
Please note that your shipment may be subject to import fees/duties upon arrival in the destination country. Any incurred importation fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
